For several months now, we all experience the unprecedented outbreak of the Corona virus. It has completely turned our daily lives upside down. We hardly have any guests and to walk through our hotel is surreal.
To be honest, we miss you very much.
Our thoughts go out to anyone who has been infected by this virus or even lost a loved one. We wish you all the best and a lot of strength. We have an incredible amount of respect and appreciation for all people in health care, and other vital professions, who are working day and night to ward off this crisis. We also have a great deal of respect for our government in how to take extremely difficult decisions. We greatly appreciate our employees, who have adapted extremely flexibly to the new circumstances.
In these uncertain times, we can imagine that you are hesitant to book a stay. That is why we are happy to reach out to you. All single reservations made after the corona outbreak 2020 via our own website, by email or by telephone directly at our hotel can be cancelled at any time free of charge. This applies to all individual reservations until December 31, 2020.

Our expectations and promises
The hotel and our personal service is committed to the 1.5 meter social distancing standard. Therefor we had to introduce some restrictions in the reception.
Alone or with your roommate
Both the elevator and the corridors on your floor are limited in space. That is why we ask you not to share it with other guests or our staff members.
When you leave the room, whether you stay 1 night or more, we always ask you to open the window.
The routing has been adjusted so that we prevent guests or employees from crossing each other as much as possible.
We disinfect all contact points in the reception throughout the day. We also disinfect all contact points in the rooms daily during cleaning. Disinfectant hand gel is available at the reception.
We take hygienic precautions in the kitchen, so that our guests can safely enjoy our breakfast in the room.
Our employees keep a close eye on everything, advise guests and appeal to everyone's solidarity to jointly ensure a pleasant, hygienic environment.
General guidelines for all staff members
Disinfect all contact points regularly in reception & rooms.
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after each contact with guests and avoid close contact - keep at least 1.5m away.

If you prefer a spot in our private garage, please make reservations in advance since availability is limited.

Booking terms and conditions
TEMPORARY CANCELLATION CONDITIONS BECAUSE OF CORONA
You can cancel all individual reservations made after April 1, 2020 via our own website, by email or by telephone directly at our hotel, at any time, free of charge. This applies to all individual reservations until December 31, 2020. Standard no-show conditions remain intact
STANDARD CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS FROM 2021
Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before arrival (15h, local time).If you need to cancel less than 24 hours prior to arrival (local time, 15h) the first night will be charged.In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival, we will be forced to charge you for the first night.In case of no-show we will be forced to charge you for the entire stay.
Your credit card only serves to guarantee the reservation. On the spot you can pay cash or with a credit card. A pre-authorization can be performed. If the pre-authorization fails, we are forced to cancel your reservation.
